⭑ for checkout assistance, please send us the link and payment. we will secure your items once payment has been received.
⭑ free pahanap as long as you’ll buy the item. pahanap only items will have ₱15 fee per item.
⭑ we will always ask for photo proofs from the seller. however if it turns out to be a scam and with undisclosed damages, admins are not responsible for it and no refunds will be made.
⭑ domestic shipping fees may apply.
⭑ ISF are per items, not per claimer. we will always ask sellers to pack your items lightly.
⭑ estimated ISF for 10cm dolls are ₱60 - ₱110 depending on your item’s volumetric or actual weight. other items, to be discussed.

⭑ please pay your ISFs within a week after arrival notice has been sent. failure to pay on time would result to item disposal and no refunds will be made.
⭑ storing period will only be one month. failure to claim your items within the given time period without heads up means we will dispose your item and it will be up for reselling. no refunds will be made.
⭑ strictly no shipping fee payment = no shipping! please pay fees first before we ship your items. don’t forget to submit the forms once shipping fee has been paid. no form = no payment.
